We are a new wholesale company starting out.  That does not mean that we are new to the industry or do not have experience in this area.  Many of our customers know me from my past position working for a Toy & Hobby wholesaler for over 28 years located in the east part of Scarborough, Ont..  I learned a lot over that time of what it takes to run a business of this nature. First and foremost ALL customers will be treated fairly and with the respect they deserve.  I know it's very challenging out in the retail world and the last thing anyone needs is a supplier that does not understand what you are facing.  I will do my best to work with customers to help achieve customer satisfaction.  We are here to serve. 

While we are starting out, we will not have everything to start with.  We intend to start with Hobby finishing supplies, paints, adhesives & accessories along with Hobby tools and then add plastic model kits, die-cast, wooden ship kits and more.  This will take time as we have to work with resources we have.  If you look on our brands page you will see a lot of popular Hobby logos.  We have been in touch with all of these companies and they are all on board so we will support them where we can.  I have been working very hard to get best pricing I can from these suppliers but I will need customer support to make this work and grow so that GRA Distribution can become a very reliable, competitive supplier to your business.

I am going to give this my best effort and I will do my very best to develop long term business relationships with all of the customers that help us get started.
